Cancellation Policy

We have a no-refund policy, but you are allowed to sell your pass if you can’t attend. This requires the new participant to have the same level and role. Please contact us so that we can update the registration in reasonable time.

Use and storage of photos

By registering you agree that we can store and use photos/videos of you from the event. The photos/videos might be published for promotional purpose on social media and on this webpage.

If you wish for your photo not to be taken or published, please contact us before the event by e-mail or talk to us during the event.

Code of conduct

O’Slow is dedicated to provide a nice and safe experience for everyone. We ask all attendees, instructors, and volunteers at our event to follow the code of conduct stated under.

I agree to work to create a safe experience for everyone, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, ability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion (or lack thereof). Any form of innappropriate behaviour will result in sanctions and can lead to expulsion from the event without a refund at the discretion of the organisers.

Organisers will be happy to help participants contact the right instances, provide escorts, or otherwise assist you if you feel unsafe. We value your attendance and your safety.
